My takes from opening weekend.

Nycfc defense sucks but i hope we get it right eventually

Rsl is a sleeper team

Only three teams in the East won on opening day, and we were one of them.

With tiebreakers applied we're in second place. TFC is on top has a+2 goal differential, and we're ahead of Montreal based on Goals For.
Lots of East/West action this week contributed to the imbalance in East Conference results (3W, 5L, 2T). Also only 3 East teams were at home (Chicago, Orlando, and Red Bulls), but oddly, none of them won.

We play the next 4 at home and don't play a team in the West until April 30. Time to put points in the bank.

Well, I may have maxed out there. Any more and my wife might wonder why I always ate ramen when she ordered takeout.

Ramen seems to be the new big thing in the city.... somebody is making ridiculous margins on 10cent noodles and some boiled chicken/beef/duck and vegetables.
