I don't know about a bar showing MLS, but I used to live there and in the burbs there are these bars, that don;t even seem to have names, the only way you know its a bar is it has a big plastic light up sign for Old Style beer hanging over the door. There is inevitably a drunk local in there at any time in the afternoon. I can only imagine what they would say if you asked them to turn on MLS. It would probably be like that Chris Farley bit from SNL:
MLS? What's that? Is that Ditka's new football league? Da Bears!
I'm actually not too sure if they show MLS game, but Timothy O'Toole's is the AO bar in Chicago and is a great place to watch a match. I've been there a few times for USMNT games and after the USA-Costa Rica match last summer.I'm staying in Wrigleyville. Going to the Cubs / Yankees game Sunday night. Figured I'd find a bar nearby to watch the game in the afternoon. Then hitting up some kosher BBQ before game time at Milt's.
Why didn't you arrange to have the bachelor party here? You all could have gone to the game and you could have used your City Points for something really special - the City Send Off for your brother. Seeing NYCFC play live AND your brother meeting the team - I don't think anything you got planned for him in Chicago could top that!Missing this week's game because of my brother's bachelor party. Anyone been to Chicago and knows of a bar that shows MLS games?

make sure a lot of Malort is consumed.
Ignore this advice. It is terrible advice. If you see this or even hear mention of it... RUN.
Also, see if a Buffalo Wild Wings is nearby. That's a safe bet.
You could go "buy a round of Malort", but ensure the one that you keep is something else that is colored similarly.Ideally I think you should settle in the middle on the Malort suggestion. To honor Chicago tradition you should make sure at least one member of the bachelor party takes a Malort shot. But in line with the warning from roxfontaine I'd agree you should do your best to ensure it is not you taking the shot and instead enjoy witnessing the reaction of the poor bachelor party member(s) you talk into doing it.
