I remove it, and only curve the bill a bit. To each their own.

If you want a monogram hat, I’d suggest going to zhats.com or hatland.com, buy a blank (zephyr hats are pretty high quality in my opinion) and bring to a local jersey printer to have ,o o gram stitched in. You’ll get exactly the hat you want at a much lower price. $15 for the hat, $5 or so for the stitching.

Got my hat this morning, really nice. Standard new era fitted which is always good quality, but looks really nice with the nyc monogram.

Wish the undervisor wasn’t grey since that stands out a bit, but not that huge of a deal

I’m curious to know if it’s got MLS tags on it? Or did they just throw the badge and embroidery on a blank?

No MLS tag. It’s just the NYC monogram logo on the front. New era logo in black on the left side (similar to all new era hats sold now), and NEW YORK CITY FC on the back, in sky blue.

I ordered the fitted online so still waiting for that but stopped by the store for the Dad hat, which I think they have at the stadium but wasn't available online. The dad hat has the New Era logo in White and does not have New York
City FC on the back. The color is more of a faded dark blue/black than navy.

I was at work (i work on campus) and someone had this "cool" hat and had the tag on and I asked him, "Do you know the tag's still on?" and he said "yep."
...
so the answer is yes, yes they do.
