The "All-Weather Full-Zip Jacket" doesn't have a hood. Therefore, how it is all weather if it's raining on top of your head?

Are those black stripes on the sleeves of the orange top?
I had thought black and all of the close-ups look like black, but I guess very dark blue remains a possibility!

Probably the material. I'm going to assume the more expensive one has a thicker/warmer material used in the cooler/colder months to retain heat. The option with the lesser price is probably a more breathable material, for use in warmer months/temperatures just before it's t-shirt/sleeveless season. Same design for two different (albeit probably close) temperature ranges? More expensive for 35-50 degrees, less expensive for 50-65 degrees?
Nothing makes me feel older than a $35 t-shirt.
