Same here. And I got to the stadium super early just for this white jersey. Was bummed.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ general consensous in my group is that someone fucked up. Possibly supposed to be an NYCFC house exclusive and it quickly got pulled off the shelves.

I also went to the team store looking for the white jersey-thought it would be perfect for the City Send off I went to last night. It was better planned than the one I went to during the first season. I was hoping Villa and Ring would come out, but they didn't and Sean Johnson, just waved as he limped away....
Villa left as soon as the game finished and Ring wasn't even at the stadium. Spoke with Johnson at the friends and family dinner after the match he seemed a little bummed, his body language said it all.

No it's in the stadium they set up catering for the family and friends of the player. I don't know if it's different stuff each time as this was my first time there. But it's one of the fancy Legends Suite restaurants in the stadium. Pretty good food I might add.
...There are a lot of summer scarves. Chicken Bucket (MasterCard), Support Your City, May The Force Be With You, Adidas ones, Kick Childhood Cancer.
I'm not a huge fan of the summer scarf, but always interested in what's out there.
Hmmm, so the true scarf connoisseur is downplaying the summer scarves. I may have to rethink my strategy going forward.

im not sure if the new swag is supposed to be NYCFC official but i thought this was pretty cool in a sad kinda way.
I can't decide if I'd buy it or burn it.

Yes. It is available for purchase to the public only at NYCFC House. As the house is still open, you can head over and buy one. They should have some in stock still.
