That's what the blogging and tweeting questions where there for.Is the forums question there to identify bright minds they should take very seriously?
ya know, I can't help but be skeptical about surveys. For example I signed up for one month of sling.tv just so i could watch the euro games on my phone/work computer and i immediately cancelled, and on my way to cancel they ask, oh why are you leaving, and honestly I didn't want to say i just wanted it for euro games, so i answered it ridiculously. My thought are two fold. First is your asking for me to help you "improve" your service but you're not paying me for my help. Obviously my opinion is worth 2 cents, but applied to millions that adds up. And 2nd I feel like helping them hone in on what customers really really want is just going to help them charge more for that specific purpose. Though that could go two ways in which they carve out the service i want and charge less, but really i think they'd just bundle the in demand product with other crap and charge more to move inventory. TV executives already know live sports is a draw, but doing surveys for other stuff is what i worry about. Like I'd be pissed if season tickets were bundled with a $50 subscription to official Man city forums. It's to identify who visits the forums so they can raise your ticket price and kick you out of the stadium. #zombiesonly

Hey, it was a useful survey. It gave me a chance to rate the Club's Transparency & stadium's food selection/cost both as a 1. I feel like the club needs to hear these things in an official capacity. They actually offered a chance to win an Amazon gift card for this one. (I know, whoopdy doo!) But, at least it was better then take your time and give me all this info for free.

I didn't get this survey as best as I can tell. I checked my spam and my trash to see if I accidentally deleted it. Shows where I stand I guess.:confused1:
Thanks, but I'm good.Would you like it forwarded?
Unless they use your answer to that question as a filter for future surveys or perks. One of the most important questions in the survey was about ticket pricing. Although we may not all agree, we should all state pricing is too high. Can only help us.
Zero was an option. I used it multiple times, including the two questions you mention.Hey, it was a useful survey. It gave me a chance to rate the Club's Transparency & stadium's food selection/cost both as a 1. I feel like the club needs to hear these things in an official capacity.
We'll never hear about it.They've been asking about the transparency thing a lot. Think they are developing a complex?
I didn't realize a "0" was possible - thought it was from 1-10?Zero was an option. I used it multiple times, including the two questions you mention.
My one word description: TYPICAL
ETA: Other "0" ratings handed out were things like "how much do you value halftime entertainment?" or some such non-sense. If my kid ain't in the band, I ain't watching.
I actually read the instructions to confirm that it was 0-10. I did it and it worked.I didn't realize a "0" was possible - thought it was from 1-10?
