Jordan Morris is neither good nor a dual citizen. Just a couple of #funfacts for you.Jordan Morris
They are going to pay. Just directly to Gio Reyna. If a team isn't going to pay for a player, then shouldn't get him on a free.

NYCFC: Hey gio, you mind signing this contract that would limit your options and possibilities as player so we can get some Don Garber monopoly money?
Gio: nope
If a team isn't going to pay for a player, then shouldn't get him on a free.
The travesty here is that we have a youth development system that doesn’t particularly serve the interests of players or clubs, and whose biggest winners are a random subset of our most naturally talented players who have the opportunity to escape it.
Who holds his contract currently?
He's not under contract. He has signed no professional contracts.
Why would you feel better? We haven't heard any rumor that Gio is anywhere close to signing a homegrown deal.

How long would it take him to get a Portuguese passport? Is there any chance he plays next year on our senior team roster while going thru the process?
i dont think he'd use it to play for portugal, even though he'd be eligible. the passport would just be used to train in europe under 18 or whatever the age isAnd with a Portuguese passport, I assume he’s then eligible to play for Portugal instead of the USA. That would be a shit storm of epic proportions.

he could and if that's what he wanted to do, power to him...does it suck, a little but what do i care in all honesty. But he could. Though I couldn’t judge him if he did, because “whatever is best for Claudio’s son”, am I right?
