When does his former contract end, 6/30? If so, he's out of contract and should be able to play once he gets his visa. Is this a top 5 roster question I have for Claudio, Lee, & Co? No. But it's still not exactly clear for the MLS rules nerds.

lol nah, his accent is not as heavy as other scottish players/athletes ive heard.
though for me for some reason i tend to not have an issue understanding the scottish accent, but i do struggle with australian
