If that poor guy doesn't get in a car accident, USMNT has a MUCH different 2010 WC, probably reaches at least quarter finals. (yeah the one where we were able to top England in the group stage)

But in answer to your question about his current talent level; he's never been the same after the accident, he might still have the skill but not the athleticism of TT at this time.

Charlie Davis would be Clint Dempsey or Jozy Altidore to us right now. He was the guy we had waited for.

Contrary to popular opinion, I don't think Poku and Taylor will be in the starting 11 come March 8. They have for sure proven themselves in preseason and have bright futures hopefully with us, but there are clear starters especially in the midfield and it's hard to earn those spots. That being said, they both should get solid minutes off the bench and will both be contributors for sure. My 11 for Orlando is Villa and Mullins up top, Mix, Velasquez, Grabavoy and Jacobson in the diamond, and Wingert, Hernandez, Mendoza and Williams in the back. Also, while the defense hasn't been great lately, I think people are judging individuals too harshly, as they need to come together as a unit. I think the back 4 I named has the talent level to hold their own in MLS this season, it's all about tactics.

Looks to me like they're filming the segments where players "walk up" to the camera when a broadcaster shows the CGI line-ups. Something like this (skip to 0:10):


They'll have filmed the players wearing both kits, and possibly every combination of kit which might be used, in order to make sure the graphics match up to whatever the team might ever wear.


Edit: in fact, if you look at the picture closely you can see the guy to the side is holding a reflector panel underneath him at chest height, so the shorts definitely won't be part of the pictures.

That's probably going on the giant screen at the stadium when they announce the squad.

Yeah Yes will get a Broadcast package that looks closer to what fox has or it might be like this:


Though it would be cool to have the player lineup looked like this:
