I don't know what to make of NYCFC Watch. I think they just aggregate, but I've DM'd the person who runs the account and they have been more than happy to respond.

The night of the Iraola news, the story officially broke overseas 3 hours before NYCFC Watch launched the "someone will train tomorrow" news. Which made me think he/she saw the news by doing a Twitter Search on NYCFC - where 50 other accounts were tweeting goodbye to Iraola and have fun in NYC.

But who knows?

Its run by a guy who is pretty active over in the reddit group. Really nice guy. I think he comes by here from time to time I will try to find his username here in the forums.

I spent several months in Buenos Aires 9 years ago. It's a lovely city but I can't see why a European with no connections to Argentina would choose it over New York .
Also our fans are severely less likely to pepper spray anyone mid match
Is pepper spray on the Yankee Stadium "No Fun List"?

Damn I wish we were at home this weekend so I could make a new Pirlo sign for the game.

Sky Sports odds have improved, this morning he was 1/6 to NYCFC now it's 1/3 and 3/1 to stay at Juventus.

Improved if you fancy a bet. If you use betting odds to gauge the chances of things happening (I know it's not entirely accurate), it's less favourable.

I enjoy NYCFCWatch's Twitter but there is no chance he has over 20,000 real followers. Had to have bought followers to look more legitimate

I'm going to go on Facebook and Twitter to ask NYCFC what's up with Pirlo?

What are the odds I get a reply? Snowballs chance in hell or less than that? :D
Well I'll be a sonovabitch. They actually answered me on FB. It was nothing more than a link to an article, but I never thought I'd get a reply in a hundred years. Go figure.

Really nothing new that hasn't been reported elsewhere, but I'm lol-ing I got a response!

The fan has asked Pirlo if he was going NYCFC and the response was "maybe".

Isn't that worse for us? Wouldn't 1:6 be 600 to win 100 and 1:3 be only a 300 bet to win the same 100?
Yes. That is how odds work.

In essence, those odds state we are 9x as likely as Juve to have Pirlo next year.
