Official Schedule Discussion

If I had to take a guess, I'd say we play RSL in Utah. I'm viewing that as MLS tossing them a bone, because it would be a bigger deal out there than here.

I wouldn't be the least surprised if both LA & Seattle come here as a bone being tossed our way to help boost attendance numbers.

I'm sure Galaxy NYCFC will be mid or post July for marketing purposes - since apparently that's what matters most.

I wonder if they would open up a larger part of the stadium for NYCFC-LA Galaxy, especially if Gerrard shows up.

Have to imagine you could sell 48,000 seats more or less for a Steven Gerrard game in NYC.

I think RBNY would be the only one that could support full YS capacity.
makes sense i guess, all the Red bull fans that are actually in the city.

well see when complete schedule comes up i gotta get some individual tickets and see what i can get. cant wait.

Since I live in Central Ny and am a college student I definitely won't be able to make as many games as i'd like. What would be the best way to sell the tickets I'm not able to give away to my friends?

It looks like some schedules are already leaking. Here's Philly's home schedule

The only dates that matter:
April 11 (Sat) @ PPL Park
June 6 (Sat) @ PPL Park

Where are you seeing that? So we play at PPL Park on April 11 and June 6? So (I am not good with the schedule stuff), does that mean we only host the Union once?

NYCFC will be facilitating a ticket exchange sometime in the near future.
And he could always donate to forum as a last minute give-away. Orrrrr...we could reach out to one of the local YSO/community efforts that works with at-risk kids and give them away via that route. It's probably not easy/worth it for one person to do it, but since most here have STs, we'll likely have a few extras for most matches that would go unused otherwise.

I love coming up with ways for others to be altruistic.

Someone on /r/mls posted it. I would imagine there would be 2 home games at YS as well. I also have no idea, just a wild guess.

That would be a great idea. But you know for a fact 75% of the STH's will sell on some 3rd party website for 500% above face value.

I was thinking of donating some as well. I'm going to look into some good options down the road and will circulate. Or if we do it as a forum, I like that idea as well.
