This sort of thing is old, first done by either two Japanese or two Korean players - can't remember which. The video is pretty ridiculous.

I've been doing the same thing for years.

When I coached my kids' soccer team we would scrimmage at every practice 2 coaches vs 7 kids.

I assure you for an out of shape soccer dad, that can get very exhausting.
