I am 98% certain this announcement is happening tomorrow. I do think Griffith's information is good, but he overdid himself with the email bit. Not everyone is going to get an email on this.

Also, FWIW, the other rumored development to happen there if the stadium were not to occur was a casino.

In Related's latest lobbying filings (Sept-Oct 2022), Related has lobbied the Manhattan Borough President, Community Board District Manager for Manhattan CB4, and a city council member representing the same area in Manhattan (West 14th up to West 59th).

I think the freakout is specifically about the emails, and people are equating no email to mean no announcement. Which is really silly imo.

Do you guys think MLS is gonna do the mls thing they do where they have a "Breaking announcement" live thing, or do you think this will be a completely separate thing? I know they've done that for stadium announcements in the past.
