Also they never said brick.
That's not enough hype. Definitely a press conference with all the major players between the Club, MLS, City, and State. A selection of founding members will be invited to this event without knowing what it is, except we'll know from leaks, and they'll receiving their bricks in person from the front office and players of the club. Then every other founding members will get their brick in the mail too.
Either mgarbowski is going to laugh at all of us when we learn there are no bricks, only engraving somewhere (I hope mine is the toilet seat, so it leaves a imprint on all who use it). Or the FO will now have to give us bricks just because we've been going on about them for so many years that it's become a thing.

ah, great grandchildren. By that time they'll be asking "pop pop, did the New Jersey Red Bull actually used to call themselves the New York Red Bull? That makes no logical or geographical sense, and I am but 5 years old"

What??? Brooklyn is possibly below either no stadium or Staten Island? That's pretty damning and essentially means it's one of the first three or nothing at all.
If they somehow pull off a miracle and get it built in Manhattan, our new Ambassador to England is going to look even more clueless than he has for the last decade+.
