Well for the past two season, D-Stroy was Pitchside for the Etihad Airways Seat Upgrade, did section of the game for free Doritos, trivia question...Nothing having to do with anything on the field.
We've seen Vieira or a player put on a headset and be interviewed by Joe/Ian/The Guy Who Isn't Ian at halftime or post game.
I think she was hired by NYCFC, not YES, so she'll only do non-football duties, no interviews with players/coaches/etc during pregame/during the game/postgame.

Alex also serves as the on-camera talent for many of NYCFC's social media and digital pieces."
So she'll be doing reports with Vieira and interviews with players? To be shown on the stadium screen? What?

Disappointing attendance numbers imo for a growing league. I would have liked to see at least half the stadiums at capacity. I think there has to be concern for the club to not over or under build. What's a good sampling for us? I'd like to think 3-5 years.
Should have hired Jimmy. Wrong DPs, wrong reporters. Is anyone even trying over there?

Most of whats there is either somewhat run down brownstones, somewhat run down industrial or other things that can be worked around. The only decently sized hiccup would be the Bronx terminal market. You don't even really need to get into rerouting or otherwise making grand concourse subterranean.
You get to use all of the Yankee stadium parking as part of your plan, and your actually equidistant from the metro north stop compared to Yankee stadium. And the 149th st station is right there.
Better yet, you can fit a full metlife part 2 electric bogaloo on that space, with some spare area for a stadium entrance park.

I just don't see it... I'm sure many of those apartments have different owners. The chances of getting all of them to sell seems relatively low. There's a better shot with the GAL site and the garage.
