Not to get political but this city needed affordable housing more than a new stadium, that being said if cfg coughs up the money it can still happen at pier 40 or in the Bronx

Is it just me, or are you all seeing the World Cup Brazuca ball...not the MLS match ball. They look similar, but are different colors and patterns. I see Brazuca in the video, but i'm kinda blind and there may be another ball somewhere I didn't catch.

Pier 40 would be VERY expensive I heard $200mil just to make it safe to start building. But it certainly would be an amazing venue.

Political official so unless he approves the stadium or is at a games no need to ever bring him or any political official on this forum. BTW lets just get this out the way, that won't happen for a stadium to happen in New York it will have to be Privately funded. For the most part the Mayor will not play a big role unless it's to help them find a spot for the stadium.
