DiFara is good pizza for sure. the BEST is subjective. I find it pretty appalling that the Mayor would basically endorse not paying your taxes .. as long as you make good pizza, we'll find a way to bail you out!
Back to the topic of stadium though... yea. he should be fighting to get us a stadium, not fighting to reopen a tax evading pizzeria with a grumpy owner.
oh and i just realized something... ST LOUIS is going to have a stadium before us. I suppose that's ok considering there's such a long history of soccer culture there and there's plenty more real estate to build on... but still. it hurts.

Actually, Category 4 was broken into Corners, Endline Preferred and Sideline Mezzanine. If you look at the stadium maps you'll see the color for cat 4 covers a bunch of stuff before it gets broken up the following year.
That is, Endline Mezzanine, non founding member, not front row, pricing is $476. Front row (non-FM) is $510.
Sideline Mezz, non-FM, is $629 in front and $595 otherwise

From his perspective, why should he be fighting to get us a stadium?
If De Blasio gets us a stadium and talks like this for the rest of his life, I'll vote to repeal term limits and give him as many terms as he wants.
Oh god, an NYCFC stadium for lifelong de Blasio mayor would be a tough conundrum for me. And I likely wouldn’t take it. We actually need a functioning, developing city to play in even if we have a stadium.
Guy in front of me had his tickets raised back to the 2017 level. Guy in front of me and one seat over had his tickets stay the same. My tickets went up 9%.

Why should he be fighting for a pizzeria that's not paying its state taxes? Just think if he's gonna support any cause, it should be for a stadium that will create jobs and bring something to the city, not a pizzeria. But clearly, his love of pizza is greater than his love for soccer. i wonder if he even knows what NYCFC is..
For reference, Endline Mezzanine, founding member and front row is $476 (2020). Seems founding + front = non-founding + non-front.
