It appears to be a win-win for everyone involved if this goes ahead: BPDC gets out of some of their debt, the neighborhood gets rid of empty lots that are not providing anything positive to the area like affordable housing, NYCFC gets their stadium,.
Is the Deegan ramp the last hurdle and how is that even negotiated? Is that something resolved before it even goes to into the ULURP process?
