this chant is good, but unfortunately no matter how good the chants are we arent going to get enough people to sing them with TR refusal to use capos or have organized chants. The crowd was great at the game but they needed direction, most of the time it just resorted to Boston Sucks and other various baseball type chants. Nothing really caught on in a big way, i think TR is really dropping the ball here by refusing to organize the chants.
Why does TR not want to use capos? I thought it was Yankee Stadium that was pushing back?
You could be right but it would be very easy for them to just turn around and lead a chant, i didnt see them do it once and i was sitting three rows behind the leadership in section 236. People wanted to chant so badly and just couldnt get much going, 237 and 238 certainly werent on same page as 236. Overall it was still great but i think that TR needs to take some initiative and try to lead some chants and communicate with the other sections as well. I saw Hearts of Oak over in 238 trying to join in a bunch but it never really caught on a big way. Granted it was the first game and things will get a lot better with time but i think TR should help organize the crowd more
People gotta just take the reigns man get people hyped up at the bars before the matches.. It's the best place to start chants cuz it's small and not so loud once u get inside the stadium forget it man nobody will understand or be able to actually catch on
The Dug Out is a great place to meet up before home games it's behind the stadium under the train tracks on river avenue... Great place to meet and get to know one another and create the atomosphere we want when we go to these games. Guys I'm telling u.. March 28th were playing KC lets meet at the dugout 3 hours prior to the game which starts at 7pm if you're serious and want you're chants/ideas to be heard or catch on let's make it happen.
