Was just going to post that. It's a big game for Lazio. Celtic is bottom of the group well behind the top 3 teams, each separated by one point. Lazio has to win if they want to advance.
taty had 2 good header chances that he didn't even get on target. I was really hoping he'd get himself a goal. but starting and playing in CL is great experience for him. it'll only get better!

It's all making me want to walk to Victoria Pizza on Gerritsen Avenue and argue soccer with Benny. Which, I'm approximately 176 miles north so it would be a long walk these days, but whatever.

Pulisic the Playmaker is an intriguing proposition, though. I don't know that it's a good idea for the USMNT. But for Milan, it seems to work.
USMNT star Christian Pulisic is having a career season at Milan, but does a move to attacking mid make sense?
The American international can play in multiple positions on the attacking line and could see his role change

I think you're right. It was super close, but I think he was on.
Yeah, I've seen this guy's stuff a couple times. Really tough to judge whether it's legit. He might be freezing the picture a couple milliseconds too soon or too late. I'd want to see the VAR on these kinds of calls.
I don't think anyone said anything about "clearly wrong," either. The argument was the flag went up too soon specifically because it was so close, and the assistant referee should have let play conclude before raising the flag; not that he was wrong to raise the flag at all.
It was definitely all Atalanta today. It's no fluke, either. They beat quality teams throughout their run. Fair play.
