The CONMEBOL qualifying is going to be nuts to watch. With three games remaining, Colombia is in 2nd with 25 and Ecuador is in 8th with 20. Chile is in serious danger of missing out, and I don't think any teams will be clear of the playoff until the last game is played.

I know the US had an awful result against Costa Rica, but I still see this team taking 3rd in CONCACAF.

In UEFA, the race between Switzerland and Portugal for the auto qualifier will be fun to watch. It may come down to the last match and if current points hold true, Portugal would need to win at Switzerland for it to draw even, but they hold a massive GD advantage. The races for the top 3 spots in Group D and Group I are super tight and will be fun to watch.

Well then have Dan remove it then like the comments in The world cup thread !! All i was doing was celebrating this sport and the people in it !!! Where's the harm here ? and do we now have to submit all threads going forward for your Approval ? It's Sunday you should have had some coffee by now . If not drink some to get rid of your cranky mood ! o_O

Want to watch soccer. Trying to make myself care about Estonia v Cyprus. It's not working.

Oh, Netherlands v Bulgaria is mildly more interesting and also an option. I like the Orange. Too bad they have slipped so far.

Today's games over. Belgium has qualified through with a win over Greece.

Teams eliminated today: Belarus, Luxembourg, and Hungary

Group B is now officially a two-team race with Switzerland holding a 3 point advantage over Portugal, with the teams still to meet in Portugal in their last game of qualifying.

Teams now qualified: Russia, Iran, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Belgium

Tomorrow, Germany can advance with a win at home over Norway and a Northern Ireland loss or draw at home to the Czech Republic. Nigeria can qualify with a win at Cameroo, but also needs Zambia loss or draw at Algeria on Tuesday to officially clinch it.

Teams that can be eliminated tomorrow: Czech Republic, Azerbaijin, Norway, Romania, Armenia, Cameroon, Algeria, Guinea, Libya
