Also, those who drive in are paying $40+ to park. That's more than you can get 2 good tickets for.
Park at the Bronx Terminal Market. It's $20 with the Park Whiz app. Under 10 minute walk to the stadium.

Oh and my rep? She said I probably will have a hard time selling, so I should tradein instead. I asked if I’ll get 1st row if I trade in, we all know that answer.
So their solution to not being able to resell your tickets is to transfer your tickets to another game, which being that you are a STH you already have tickets to attend that match, so you wont be able to use the tickets personally, so you're probably going to want to resell the tickets too, but they likely won't sell either, so you're going to have to bump the tickets again, but they'll probably make it that you can't bump tickets you already bumped, so you gotta bump your original row 1 seats..... rinse and repeat, you are now watching the rest of the season from row 18 of your section and you'll eventually run out of games to transfer tickets to....... or you foresee the cycle of pain and decide to eat the loss early and let the tickets expire or sell them for minimum list-able price (as if that could move the tickets anymore)...... so basically by the associative property she told you to eat it.
this is the biggest of the myriad FU's to all of us.last desktop computer on earth to confirm the transfer.

Just paste a link to the tweet if you don't care about the link not resolving if they delete it.I don’t know how to embed a tweet, so here’s just a screen cap I grabbed. Another FU to anyone who has tickets listed on stub hub for this weekend
Wait wut? Fuckkkkkkkkk. Didnt realize that. And just to be clear, if you trade out your tickets and get tickets together (thus technically trading out of your seats for both games), you don't get any City Points for EITHER game. So if you use the 4 transfers per year, you're sacrificing nearly half of your points.
Did not know that - that really sucks. And just to be clear, if you trade out your tickets and get tickets together (thus technically trading out of your seats for both games), you don't get any City Points for EITHER game. I got to the stadium really early yesterday because it turns out the 4 train *was* running express this weekend so there was nobody there when it opened and I had a clear view of the sidelines. The netting covers almost the entire first base line and most of the third base line, perhaps as far out as half of the supporters end. Perhaps necessary for baseball, sure, but it's definitely in your way if you're in most of the 100 level.I also sat behind the netting in section 14a for the first time (first row) and I can definitely see that it’s annoying af. The one positive is that I can look at my phone and eat with my head down and know I’m not gonna get nailed in the face with a ball, but it’s still quite distracting. Gonna look at potentially moving (dream would be section 103 but not holding my breath).

https://www.mlb.com/yankees/ballpark/netting2018: There is some amount of netting or screening in front of the following seating sections; the height and coverage of netting or screening will vary by section:
Sections: 011, 012, 013, 014A, 014B, 015A, 015B, 016, 017A, 017B, 018, 019, 020, 021A, 021B, 022, 023, 024A, 024B, 025, 026, 027A, 027B, 028, 029, 111, 112, 113, 114A, 114B, 115, 116, 117A, 117B, 118, 119, 120A, 120B, 121A, 121B, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127A, 127B, 128, and 129
Just talked to my rep and she was awesome about it. I’m currently in a front row category 4 Seat (in 14a) which was obviously impacted by the netting. She relocated me to similar seats but in a lower price category 5 (section 110, win!), and she also gave me the option of relocating to a higher category 3 seat for the same price I was paying. I chose category 5 for now cause there was nothing decent open in 103, 104, or 105 (no aisle seats open) but I will plan on relocating there if I can get a row 1 and/or aisle. Finally, she also said my current seats I’m switching out of are frozen, so if they so,ve the netting issue i can relocate back.
All in all, was quite impressed by how they handled this, given this stupid issue. I’ll be interested to see what will open up at the end of the season for relocation next year.
I guess it depends on the match, and the opponent and date/time? Maybe the people who have tickets there don’t bother reselling, they just all go?Not sure why I can't sell my 103s row 1 for any matches when I price them at cost... Especially when you're saying everyone wants to move there.

FYI The only seats open in 103 were row 10 so I didn’t bother, but the section definitely seems to be a fantastic view.
Yeah the bigger problem is the aisle seats - I hate having to wade through people to get to my seats or to go to comcessions/bathrooms at halftime.Problem is half the section re-sells. Probably why I can't sell mine on the matches I need them. And FYI, I love row 1, but rows 5+ might have better perspectives. You should check out row 10 for a match to check it out. And if you ever want row 1 in 103, you know who to PM.
I am surprised you guys don't want to get low down in the 2nd levels. Much better perspective, and very few people in your way.
Agreed but once again, resale is a factor. I took a look at 225 (some de facto row ones in there) but it’s still pretty far from the field. And resale is not good for those sections compared to 103 imo.I am surprised you guys don't want to get low down in the 2nd levels. Much better perspective, and very few people in your way.
I have first row in 227b and can't sell for face.Agreed but once again, resale is a factor. I took a look at 225 (some de facto row ones in there) but it’s still pretty far from the field. And resale is not good for those sections compared to 103 imo.
Once you get seats anywhere near field level, it’s a whole different vibe, even if you’re only near one of the goals. Being able to yell at a player and see them react, or see a ball kicked right near you, it’s awesome.
For example on Saturday, I yelled “WHY DID THEY PLAY TIM HOWARD OVER YOU?!” at Guzan in the first half before a goal kick and he smiled. Gotta love it.
Lol I was sitting in front of a couple who were Atlanta fans, and the guy was clearly a redneck. He kept yelling DAMN BASEBALL FIELD and WE ALL STAND, 50K STAND IN ATLANTA. I finally asked if he came from Atlanta, and he said he lives in DC. That plus a couple of Falcons Super Bowl jokes and he shut right up for the rest of the day. His girl was loving it.I have first row in 227b and can't sell for face.
I sit behind the away and some jackass kept riding Guzan for "the shitty Panama game," despite the fact that a) we won the Panama game and, b) Guzan didn't play in it.
Some very uncreative razzing on that end...
