Club just sent out an email that has "MEMBERS ONLY MERCH"... lol.
this includes a hat, a zip up sweatshirt and a tshirt. instead of using the nice monogram, they have the ugly new york city FC text.
really strange way to sell it. they should sell it on the citizens website or something.

So there’s now “members only” merch. They are charging an arm and a leg for leftover crap from the 1st season!

The hat is bad for the reason you gave, but the T-shirt is worse with that horrible graphic they used at the initial unveil, big blue circle with New York City FC text inside of it. It's got to be a holdover from that inaugural preseason, and yet it's laughably $34.99 ?!?!? That's the wrong way to conduct a fire-sale.
Yeah. I put that up on the 2019 thread. Looks like leftover merch from 1st season. Thanks for trying to charge up the ass for your leftovers. Maybe if i buy one i can be entered to win on of those leftover android phones they put up as a citizen prize. SMH
It would be nice if they could provide larger images, some more description, etc. I like the quarter zip, though I don't know what quality $65 gets you.
if they provided larger pics they'd sell even less cause you see how crappy it is. totally forgot these "designs" were from the inaugural season. they should just stick with the monogram or the current badge. this is a terrible way to "reward" members with exclusive merch. way overpriced for left over gear and even if it were newly designed with monograms, it should still be cheaper than these prices. i mean $30 for a hat? $20 tops.

fuckin' hell.
I go to log into my accountmanager to get my ticket for today's match (I have the college pass) and it doesn't log in. at all. I reset my password twice. Still nothing. I contact customer service, they responded within 5 minutes (great customer service, ngl!) and said my account was disabled due to inactiviy... even though I used it not long ago to get tickets, AND I have tickets???? weird.
Anyway, I then log on and my tickets from now until the end of the season aren't on there. ???? The customer service lady said they should appear hopefuly by later today... but in the mean time I panic-bought another ticket for really cheap. Gotta love it

Took a big L on both my tickets tonight. Made a good profit on the NJRB tickets already. So I’m on a path to break even for the season if I count the matches I attended as selling for face.
I have like $220 worth of credit from trading games in. Figure I'll bring a bunch of friends to match out upgrade to Legends or something.
i dont really talk to them that much really, but honestly since year one this is like my 4th change. not sure if they just leave or they just shuffle to mess with people.
They put the ticket reps on the site in the past and after checking the staff page they’re no longer on there. Makes sense if there’s constantly turn over.
