2019 Season Ticket Thread

i disliked her actually. She always promised shed take care of things for me and was super nice on the phone but never followed through and always had excuses. Also, she never ever followed back up with me i would have to be the one to call her back to find out if there was any kind of updates.
I had the opposite experience for sure. She was always courteous and did everything I needed. I switched seat locations a few times (including just this past weekend) and she was always able to do it promptly with no problems.
 
My rep is Alex Gilligan and he's very very nice, always does things very quickly. In fact when I told him (her???) that student = hard to pay, (s)he said (s)he's going to talk to someone and see if there's anything they can do, so I'm not yet opted out as (S)he's seeing if there's anything (s)he can do first.
Wonder what'll happen, but (s)he's a good person.

Am I the only person on here who has only used their ticket rep like once? (and that was because they mistakenly thought I was getting married - literally some dude with the same name - and I needed to clear it up)

Never used them for anything. Only conversations I've had is when the randomly cold call me to see how things are going. They change so often I have no clue who my current rep is.

I have a problem with my cityzens portal i was trying to clear up. Also they owed me a $25 gift card which ive never received. Ive given up on both.

I know that fans received calls by player on earlier years. This was the first time I got a call by a player. Definitely surprised but didn't need it. I said to him "Thank you and I know you got to call a lot other persons." He said "I know you sit by the bench (he doesn't know me but he sees where my tickets are) and said thank you for supporting us and we'll continue to win for you." He laughed. I said "Thank you, I'll let you get to your other calls" again. We hanged up. Business call. I'd rather talk to Patricof, Edelman, Soriano, Sheikh than the players.
