Explain this shameless plug nature and since I'm going to be looking for coffee to arrive when I land from Japan in a week and a half - what you got?
I think you mean Shimokitazawa?
I sure do - Thanx Rox - I did that thing on the japan rail that I do when I read Russian novels - I'll remember the name of this because it sounds Japanese (I'll remember this character he has a russian name) ultimately i get mixed up.
Arigatou gozaimasu!
Well, six months later and I got one of these maybe a week ago. I usually use an AeroPress with a paper filter but the Espro is cool because it can make three cups at once, very useful if you have company. So the good points are that it makes more than one cup at a time, is pretty easy to use, keeps the coffee pretty hot even after an hour of sitting on your table. "Bad" point is that there's the tiniest bit of residue in the cup (which is why I mentioned I normally use paper filters rather than metal ones) but it's really not actually that bad.Anybody try one of the Espro coffee presses? Just read about it and it sounds pretty good.

Nicer looking, too.Well, six months later and I got one of these maybe a week ago. I like making two cups at once because I can just pour the second cup when I feel like it and it's still hot. Totally beats having to get up and make another cup of coffee. My kettle turns off after an hour too, so with the AeroPress if I want a second cup I have to worry about whether or not I've waited too long and have to heat the water again. Admittedly not the biggest deal in the world but it's definitely totally cool to just pour out another cup even if it's been 65 minutes since the first one.
$100 for the large model, which makes three mugs of coffee. I like it. It won't replace my AeroPress when it's just me but with someone over or on a lazy weekend morning when I can't be bothered to make coffee a second time it's nice to have the Espro available.
I have a Magnifica S. In 5 years it has poured 8729 cups/shots of coffee. 71 of those were cappuccinos. Every one has been sublime.$600 DeLonghi Magnifca on sale for $500 for Prime day: https://www.amazon.com/DeLonghi-ESA...ie=UTF8&qid=1468351330&sr=1-7&keywords=coffee
