Eh, weekends are best. Save the midweek for Open Cup and other non-league events. The main reason for extending the schedule is to eliminate the offseason and in-season breaks. I like being able to count on a game every weekend.
I think the players association would be totally behind my proposal.

The guy just spend a billion buying the Panthers. Charlotte 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% will not likely to pay for soccer specific stadium.
Unless MLS is ok with them playing at Bank of America Stadium, this is probably a no go.

I am sure it will pick up back again. But it would be nice to end the streak. Sacramento Republic is a great name. Not generic but does not look out of place as a name of a football club.
I do miss the cool names like every other sport thing has in this country. Fc, United, getting really boring. Give me "earthquakes", "Sounders", "crew" etc. Sounds so much nicer.

Which doesn’t make it good of course.

I actually like the yellow better in the official shade. It’s softer, a lot less green. We’ll see how it works on a kit!
