Game Of Thrones (spoilers)

I absolutely love the way everyone's capitalizing on the elephants thing. I think everyone noticed the blatant "no elephants" line they kept mentioning, and I think it's even supposed to be a meta-reference to the people like "we wanted elephants but we couldn't get :C"

Beric is headed to Winterfell with the remnants of EastWatch. They’re behind the WW’s so they may arrive after the battle, but with horses they could get there ahead.

since last season they've really sped up travel times where it seems like the characters teleport everywhere, so anything is possible!

In the previews for next episode I’m pretty sure they get there before.

Bron? There’s no way he goes through with it. He may be a sword for hire, but he had a tight relationship with first Tyrian, and then even Jamie - taught him to fight left-handed and saved him from certain death during the ill-thought jousting charge towards the dragon.

Now who he does shoot with the crossbow, IDK...

Here’s something I can’t parse.... when Tywin melted the Stark’s Great Sword to make two smaller swords, he gave one to Jamie and one to Joffrey. Jamie then gave a sword, I think his, to Brienne to use on her quest to find/protect Sansa. So then what happened to Joffrey’s sword? Or did Jamie give Joffrey’s to Brienne - I didn’t think so since it wasn’t really his to give.

I'm sorry if this is an inside joke I don't know about, but I die a little inside every time I see Tyrion written as Tyrian.

Technically yes there is still a Valyrian Steel sword in the Lannister Family, but as it is Jaime's now he brought it North with him. So Widow's Wail and Oathkeeper are in the North.

Oathkeeper was given to Brienne, who still wields it. Widow's Wail was Joffrey's and is Jamie's current steel of choice.

I think Jamie would be right to return what's left of Ice (Widow's Wail) to the Starks when he's put to task at Winterfell by Danny (as shown in the previews). That would be the honorable thing to do, and maybe save his life.

I don’t think he’s going to go through with it either because of reasons you’ve listed. Just wondering what he will actually do. That was planted for a reason, he will kill somebody important.

Watch the scene with Jaime and Olenna- they mention that Jaime has Joffrey's sword. :)

nah. After reading EVERYTHING. It’s either Danny “stormborn” smoke and salt the the storm she was born in at dragonstone and and smoke at kal drago’s funeral. Or John. Salt by the desert lands of the tower of joy and “ smoke” that rises from John’s wounds when he’s stabbed to death (words used in the book Dance of Dragons). I do think either John or Danny will have to kill the other in the battle vs the night king and it will break their heart and save Westeros at the same time. The one left living will die in the battle vs Cersei. Sam the Slayer or Gendry will be crowned king and Sam will write the story down for posterity (called “The Song of Fire and Ice”) and that will be the last scene in the series.

Sam also fits under potential heir as Warden of the Reach. And Jamie (older brother) is warden of the Westerlands (now that Cercie relieved him of his kings guard obligation).

And the hound was never an official kingsguard. Or even a knight for that matter. But he was Joffrey’s personal body guard whatever that makes him.
