Let's not forget that Seattle only beat Portland by 1, the Red Bulls tied with Colorado last night. Sure our squad is wounded, but we seem to always make adjustments that keep us in the match.
I'll be surprised if Kreis doesn't start Velasquez in that spot. Pleasantly surprised mind you, because I'd like to see Poku in there instead, but surprised nonetheless. But then who takes Jacobsons spot in the squad. The midfield would be Mix, Grabavoy, Ballouchy and someone else
Kreis comments made it sounds like nemec and Calle might be back this week.Good to see Villa moving well like that in training. Happy to see some of our guys getting healthy again, especially our defenders. Anyone know what the extent of Calle's injury is?
Do we want to actually win a game or do we want to "be healthy"?Is it just me or does anyone else want Kreis to sit all the players coming back from injury? I don't want to see players rushed back in just to get reinjured. Especially as our side has been so injury prone so far. I just want to go one game where no one needs subbing due to injury.
The lineup just looks SO shitty if we sit all the injured guys.Is it just me or does anyone else want Kreis to sit all the players coming back from injury? I don't want to see players rushed back in just to get reinjured. Especially as our side has been so injury prone so far. I just want to go one game where no one needs subbing due to injury.
I want to win a game as much as anyone, as evidenced by my voice being shot the morning after every game. But I don't see this as our most winable game (and I tend to be an optimist) no matter who plays. I would just hate to see one of these guys come back and go right back down.Do we want to actually win a game or do we want to "be healthy"?
We need the latter to accomplish the former.....Do we want to actually win a game or do we want to "be healthy"?

That feels more like what he's done so far, so I wouldn't be worried. Is it just me or does anyone else want Kreis to sit all the players coming back from injury? bummer about Calle
