If anyone wants to keep track of Transfer Deadline Day, particularly from the English perspective, you can follow it here:

They have a radio show doing a Deadline Day special all the way to midnight or thereabouts (UK time) which you can also watch via the link in that browser, but I'm guessing the actual TV/radio will be region-locked.
