Seems to basically entail producing all or most of the video content for the team and for MLS related to NYCFC. Check it:

NYCFC is looking for game day employees for the next MLS Season --

Match Presentation Staff:
•Responsible for the setup, breakdown, and execution of all NYCFC match presentation elements including but not limited to: Fan Zone concourse activations, on-field ceremonies, giveaway distributions, fan contests and on-field promotions.
•Execute locker room calls in a timely manner pre-game and halftime in conjunction with both the home and visiting team player liaisons.
•Maintain and track inventory items to ensure contests and promotions can be executed as designed.
•Greet, acknowledge, and interact with fans both pre and post-game.
•Must have a general knowledge of soccer culture.
•The MLS season runs from March until December; candidates interested in applying should be available to work all home matches.
•Game presentation and sports related events experience is required.
