That's a little strong though (the headline, I mean). What it seems they did was change their practice schedule and didn't notify the FA as per the rules. Seems minor but the issue is the FA has the right to do 6am to 11pm random testing and so needs to know where the players are at any given moment (as far as I understand). So if the practice schedule gets changed the FA needs to know. From what I've read it's a minor infraction with maybe a fine, although I'm certainly no expert.
