MLS Cup Playoffs - November 23 - Red Bulls (Home)

I don’t get this. The F to the 7 from Park slope to Citi is faster than the F to the A to the PATH to Harrison. Not to mention getting back is easier at all times. And I’m coming from farther from both than Downtown Brooklyn.
I ride the R train to world trade to catch the path. It sounds like I’ve always had excellent luck with the Path cause the most I’ve ever had to wait was 10 minutes after a game. Every time I go to Citi it’s a minimum 2 different transfers but usually it’s 3. And one is always a mess. Plus weekend train schedules can be really messed up in Manhattan. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 15 minutes to catch the 7 to Citi and it’s always the local 7 and never an express.

If you’re downtown just take the F from Jay St. to Jackson heights and it’s an easy change to the 7 there. The F flies through western queens. Much faster than the 7 from Manhattan.

Maybe I’ll try that next year, thanks!
