I disagree, they were eager but just not capable of doing it. They couldn’t even make enough good passes to get to final third in dangerous area against Miami. It took a special pass to get thru the defense.
Once Parks and Maxi were on, there were a lot more attacking sequences generated. Nothing that directly resulted in a shot on goal, but it was miles of improvement from the first half.
I also noticed a few instances where the team didn't seem eager to press for a second goal. To me, it seemed a lot more like they were content with the 3 points towards the regular season and protecting that lead.
15 mins (or maybe less time with maxi in there) is not enought especially when we dont even know how healthy maxi was. i think they didnt press again becasue they just couldnt but maybe also they feared conceding since in first two games they had chance after chance only to concede.
Okay so I’m rooting for a tie or a galaxy win by less than 3 goals?
Or would it be better for my health to not watch another Delia led NYCFC performance in Orlando?
Not the worst either. Don’t see LA scoring 4 goals.
Definitely playing good soccer. Plenty of chances already. I can see them getting at least 1. They’re committing players forward
