The issue with Wolf is that he's not a good enough dribbler to cut inside and shoot with his left foot. LAFC were successful in forcing him outside and that led to him hoofing in right-footed crosses that just weren't good enough.I'm ready to move on from Wolf. He never doesn't anything where I can go: he works hard, he scores, he crosses well, he can shoot from distance. He kills attacks, he can't beat the defender 1 on 1, is he a crossing threat? He gets muscled off the ball everytime. There's players a lot more efficient in MLS who get payed a lot less that CFG wouldn't look at because they don't come from Europe.
On Saturday, Wolf was very good and combining in tight areas on the right side. I'd rather see him work at the 10 and let someone else start at wing on that side.
