Great result! Really liked what I saw from Magno, I get the sense he's going to torment defenders in this league. Thought we looked lifeless offensively before the subs came in, but the subs really changed the game. Bit of a smash and grab to get three points, but after the last few games we deserved a break. To be 3-2-2 at this point, 3rd in the East at the break, we are in really good position at this point.
I tried to watch the game on the Twitter stream, whoo boy what a disaster. Stream freezing every few seconds, tweets popping up on the screen before I see the moment on the stream so I get it ruined for me ... what a joke that this is the only option for UniMas games. MLS needs to do better, because the Twitter stream experience is about as terrible an experience as there is.

It’s a tricky camera angle. I thought he was clearly off the first couple times I saw it, but when I looked carefully at where the defender is next to Morales, I think he’s on.

Yes. The Twitter stream was terrible. Freezing for me too. In the end, I watched using my digital antenna. It’s a great resource that I highly recommend. Pulled in Unimas clear as a bell.
It’s nice to get the explanation, but a yellow for that second foul is ridiculous.
Huge win. I like being 3rd in the East at the break rather than 10th. Really good place to build from for the rest of the season.

Thought Johnson was mediocre again.
Back three was good. Jasson has no business as a RB or RWB. It’s preposterous. Chanot even looked at him after the goal like “you know you’re supposed to be there right?” Dont think Malte did anything specifically to stand out. Looked somewhere between Gudi and Matarrita.
Parks wasn’t good. Acevedo was pretty decent. Morales is our best central midfielder and it’s not close.
Maxi looks like he’s done. Medina on the other hand looks dangerous when you give him time on the ball. He’s not perfect and he’s not as good as peak Maxi, but it’s good enough PLUS he’s a goal scoring threat that Maxi’s never been.
Taty was decent holding up play.
Good goal from Isi. Thought he looked sharp. Magno provided nothing. Tinnerholm changed the game. Captain material.
I still worry that we’re missing the difference maker to put us into the elite group of teams. Didn’t see him on the field today. I didn’t think Ronny’s comments about Magno last week were super encouraging

damn you giving up on magno already? Jeez no difference maker is going to kill the leagues in 20 mins in their debut.
Edit: especially at 18, few games to get him in groove.

Disagree that magno didn't provide anything, the first goal wouldnt have happened if he didn't pressure the lafc backline into the errant pass to tinnerholm. The new arrivals are going to raise everyone's game either though replacing starting xi players or pushing them to work harder (isi for example).
He definitely showed quality and ability. Just needs more time to build some chemistry with the guys and understand Ronny's system.
Perhaps my favorite part of Magno's brief appearance was the stretch where he and Taty switched between LW and Striker. I love having the ability to switch who is playing where to change up the skill sets that the opposing defenders have to deal with. Before last night, there wasn't anyone on this roster (healthy) that Taty could have switched with like that.
