MLS Week 31 - 2017

At 5 PM, it's Red Bulls vs. Vancouver with both squads depleted due to the international break, mainly on the defense.

If the Red Bulls win they clinch a playoff spot. A tie or loss gives hope to New England, Montreal, and Orlando.

As we play New England next week, a RB wins would make our match meaningless to them. That could be dangerous. But also fighting for a playoff spot is dangerous.

I'll just root for the RB to lose. Since I'll be rooting for them to beat Atlanta later.

I just hope that we don't get a yellow card in New England so that our starting midfield can get their 6th match together.

And that our team as a whole can get our preferred starting XI starting for the 3rd time this season.

The last articles on his injury say it would be 6-8 weeks from August 21. So I'm going to assume that Chanot gets at least a little time on the field on that last game.

So like when Brillant can't in late during our match vs. New England. Don't mess with the backline.

RB up 2-0 through 58'

Looks like the Eastern Conference playoffs will be booked following this game.
