My bad I thought I was hearing Scottish. But seriously fuck Joe
Probably at Jersey Mike's, they are near 112 . I have not tried them because the guys who sit next to me got " Philly Cheese Steaks" from them that looked and tasted like crap. I miss Carl's!!Where can you get a meatball sub at the stadium???

I think the ones you're talking about that we got were from the stand right behind section 223. Little stand against the wall right before / after you get to the escalators by the entrance to the Delta Suites. Also across from the mini NYCFC/Yankee store. Easy to miss. Good Steak sammich.me and Schwallacus got some bomb ass cheesesteaks, i dont remember what section they were from though
I got the cheesesteak yesterday and that's all they serve there... at least on the upper concourse. Maybe it's different downstairs, but guessing it's a totally different vendor.Probably at Jersey Mike's, they are near 112 . And sometimes for freeOnly in Section 112 after an opposing goal.
It's not really a conspiracy any more <eerie music> but the Pro refs have it in for NYCFC. there have been way too many missed PKs and crazy yellows this year for it to be one big coincidence. The amount of protection Villa and Maxi are given is minuscule compared to every time Giovinco is blown on or Altidore is touched. Last night Villa went down after being hacked by three guys in the box, ok one hacked him after he dribbled past the first two, and no call. Guarantee that Gio gets the whistle blown before even being touched.
Did anyone else notice the YES crew shitting on Maxi for no reason. The dude has been a class act at the club even though many fans hated the signing at first and carried the attack the first half. Seriously fuck Joe Toelleson and Ian Joy.
Was it any good? The guys next to me got one on the first day it was there and maybe they do only sell Cheesesteaks, I haven't tried Mike's yet. I was assuming they had more options since it seemed stupid to switch out Carl's.I got the cheesesteak yesterday and that's all they serve there... at least on the upper concourse. I thought Maxi wasn't that great either, but I think a lot of that had to do with him needing to track back much further this match with Mikey distributing at the 6 rather than Ring. Mikey really could not move the ball at all, so Maxi needed to track back more than usual to grab possession, then distribute, rather than being advanced, receiving, and spreading. They usually don't. Last night I thought Maxi was pretty poor. Not the whole game and obviously I am grading on a curve, because he wasn't terrible or anything, but he just had a lot more bad passes and giveaways then I am used to seeing from him. And that may have more to do with NE clogging the middle and just swarming Villa, but still.
Mikey brought the ball out of the back once by dribbling twice and then passing it straight to the opposing midfielder who in turn started a crazy counter. Pretty sure that was when RJ got his yellow.I thought Maxi wasn't that great either, but I think a lot of that had to do with him needing to track back much further this match with Mikey distributing at the 6 rather than Ring. None of the midfielders look good without the others, but that is standard. Klestjan doesn't look as good without Dax. I agree with the prior comment that Vieira has done the best he can to limit Michael Lopez' limitations, but don't underestimate how bad he is. He literally has no idea what to do with the ball when he gets it.I thought Maxi wasn't that great either, but I think a lot of that had to do with him needing to track back much further this match with Mikey distributing at the 6 rather than Ring. it makes me question the front office that we went through the summer window with Lopez as primary back up to CM, CDM, RB, LB and CB.which makes me question Vieira's decision making

Lopez is an incredible liability with the ball at his feet because (as you point out) he doesn't know what to do with it. However, when he doesn't have the ball, he is generally a tenacious defender (in the mold of the terrier dog biting your ankle) that will run his ass off and has the wheels to do it. PV has obviously decided he'd rather have the defensive help and be a man down on offense rather than the other way around with certain other players.... although as of late, we're a man down on both offense and defense when TMac is on the field, hence his area of the bench has been very warm.which makes me question Vieira's decision making
