Thank goodness Adidas bought their way to some creativity with Mitchell and Ness, who's produced most of the swag that I've wound up purchasing other than replica jerseys. Would be great if there was more diversity of vendors beyond that.

I agree with SFphoto, that is hideous.
The diamond trim, two toned stripes, the anachronistic logo, the more contemporary NYCFC banner - take maybe 2 of the 4 but all of them together are a bit of a trainwreck for me
I like the stripes, and I like the logos/banner. Could do without the white piping, and definitely no on the diamonds (although I'll up that to a maybe without the two-toned stripes).

The diamonds are bad, and the real badge seems out of place, but I love it unconditionally.
It's got kind of a throwback Umbro thing going on (compare 1989 MCFC), but busier? Would like to see it without the diamond trim and the NYCFC banner

well majority of jerseys back in the 90's were horrible, so this fits right in.

Seriously though, there's got to be some real cognitive dissonance to being a big New Jersey supporter and having New York plastered all over everything as they completely deny the existence of your home state. At least with the Metrostars it was almost always called the New York/New Jersey Metrostars. Even if that was a mouthful it was at least the right thing (and reflective of reality).
But wow, those diamonds. Although I'm sure there's people out there who absolutely love them so what do I know.
