He Believes Cup kits. Nike and US Soccer will sell those at top prices but there’s no reason to wear this because US Soccer won’t be playing on TV for big names for the next two years while these kits are being worn.

Those hoops aren’t completely like US Soccer not completing to qualify for the World Cup.

The excuse is definitely going to be the Captiancy patches and that they needed more room

Technically, one's heart is in the middle of their chest. There's technically nothing covering the heart on those (horrendous looking) jerseys. Also, all the other hockey jerseys that have a Crest have it over the right chest.

Could also be an Olympic rule to have it over the right, but I'm just trying to throw out potential other reasons why the crest is located there.
