The MTA can be pretty aggressive about going after commercial use of subway iconography. I wouldn't be surprised if they company avoided the colors for that reason.

It's also an overused design metaphor. We get it folks, we have a subway!!!!

I like, but what exactly is blue and blue? Navy and baby? Based on the fact that the team colors include both?

If #2 is the one I saw around the stadium yesterday, it looked almost purple to me.

Tried to pick some stuff up during halftime and it was absolute madness. Had to make the decision to buy a scarf and poster vs actually watch the 2nd half and well...I need a scarf and poster now. Hopefully they re-stock for the next game at a sufficient level.
