Young talented keeper... I would love to have Horton
I wonder if some MLS club already has a Discovery claim on him.

Did you see him against Brazil a couple of weeks ago? He looked pretty dreadful with his kicking and distribution.

Yeah Cleveland. Who knows hopefully we land him.I think his family is from ohio right? Hopefully the crew don't nab him. Would like a solid gk prospect here.
He might still be an option for NYCFC though. It all depends on his asking price and what our roster looks like in February.Lol Gooch already blew his trial. Last thing we need is an injury prone player on the wrong side of 30.
MLS can do some funny things with discovery claims like what they did to the Red Bulls with Villa.I wonder if some MLS club already has a Discovery claim on him.
In fairness to Gooch.... he wasn't a known MLS entity and was being evaluated by Kreis, so JK could only compare apples to oranges. Yes he's made of glass, but he's got a hell of a lot of experience marshaling a back-line.Lol Gooch already blew his trial. Last thing we need is an injury prone player on the wrong side of 30.
Discovery Claims mean nothing when dealing with high profile players. The players control the entire negotiation process and tell the league which team they are going to play for.MLS can do some funny things with discovery claims like what they did to the Red Bulls with Villa.
Yeah but that didn't happen in this case. Villa and the Red Bulls were negotiating a contract, MLS came in and gave the Red Bulls 24 hours to finish the contract, or NYCFC would come in. Contract wasn't signed in the window so NYCFC was able to come in and sign him. I don't believe Villa was ever against going to the Red Bulls.Discovery Claims mean nothing when dealing with high profile players. Apparently DC and Perry Kitchen aren't agreeing on his new contract. He's eligible for free agency I think.
His options are either overseas or to for his rights to be traded. He hasn't been in the league long enough to be a free agent.Apparently DC and Perry Kitchen aren't agreeing on his new contract. He's eligible for free agency I think.
