I'm watching the YouTube video of the game and the feed quality is terrible, actually it's just basically grey.

The press guy said NYC aren't the mess on the field that the FO is of the field.

If we focus on the Lampard fiasco, it does look a mess, doesn't it?

But in context to everything, we look to have drafted well and made some intelligent acquisitions. And we look to have a manager who plays flowing, attractive football. Poku looks to be an absolute steal. And we still have Mix and possibly 2 other DPs coming in.

On the balance, our management has done a lot more right than wrong.

I said it before, I'm supremely confident in our coach.

I thought it was interesting he said he hates scouting because he always gets players like Tony Taylor and Poku who weren't particularly special elsewhere and they're brilliant with him.

Man, I'm buzzing right now.

Btw, the halftime interview with Grabavoy wearing the away jersey....the jersey looks spectacular in the flesh.

Wow.

Jason Kreis was, bar none, the best signing this club has made.

I don't know about the "right than wrong" comment, though - I think they know what they're doing getting the right players on the field, but I'm hoping that CFG's involvement going forward is more "ample available resources" (which are fantastic) and less "micromanagement".

Respect to the St. Mirren fans, they brought good numbers and a few had a sing-song.

I Like the Terraces at each end of the stadium, this is quality and everything I'd love to have in the Main stadium.

Not a great "team" performance, but this wasn't expected. I felt in the 2nd half when David Villa was fucked off, NYCFC actually played better and looked more together.

Like this Sebastian Valezquez lad, he looks decent. and the defender Kwame W. Siriboe, played a lovely ball to Tony Taylor (who looked better than Villa) to score the second.
