Very great questions, I think this is a good opportunity for us to bond with the team and the players. Matthew seems very cool, humble and down to earth. Like someone pointed out before, he didn't answer in one sentence but gave a lot of details which can tell me that he is very happy to be part of the team and can't wait to meet the fans.

I really think this Q&A was a good way to steer off some of the negative thoughts about the team by some fans. So it would be a great idea to do more Q&A's with the other players on the team.

Don't have issues with FO either. I think Kreis has done a tremendous job and just about every decision we've ever questioned has resulted in a wow well now that makes sense moment when we did our research. And now let's get this back on topic
