That's what I figured. How is that 270% More then prices for NYCFC? I forget what you pay, but IIRC it's around 40% of NYCFC costs.
As to parity in pricing, our RE costs & Managment fees are much higher then Minnesota. What you need to look at is the NOI for stadium operations for each club, not the gross revenue from ticket sales. I think we'll still come out ahead, but the difference won't be as great as the ticket prices suggest.
That's nearly 270% more than prices in New York.
$7600 per seat for NYCFC. $2800 for MNUFC. 7600/2800 = 2.714 or ~270%
Ah the cost shown on NYCFC.com are for the remaining home game and playoff games.$7600 per seat for NYCFC. $2800 for MNUFC. 7600/2800 = 2.714 or ~270%
Gotcha. You meant NYC is 270% more.
Yeah, a blunder on my end. Fixed the original post.
Glad you also removed that 270% less part. For the record it's 63% less

Should be the new Captcha for registering. Are you a lawyer or accountant?
Sorry we are no longer accepting registrations.
No, less was correct. That's why I was in courier. Is it really fewer if we're discussing price?
So I met the person behind this account. It's a real person doing it just for the cityzen points. It tweets at sunrise everyday. I had a good laugh when I was told that. Not exactly Pitchside related, but this handle has the pitchside in it and it's been tweeting the same picture of Harrison and Villa. It's quite funny. And NYCFC follows it.

smh, I need to start converting my Dan Bucks into dollars to afford that.Pitchside seats for sale from the club for Sunday's match: $700 front row, $650 back row

I would split that with someone for sure. Nothing beats hockey front row seats (behind goal)one day, I'll treat myself
