The rendering looks close to the Fresh Direct site. Maybe this is plausible.

The Fresh Direct warehouse is about two blocks east of the Pulaski bridge along Borden Ave.

The new bridge is the only thing that makes me think this might, maybe, at some point, have been or is a real thing. Still not sold on it, but not 100% dismissing it either.

There was also talk of building the crossing for the BQX along that stretch, I believe (on the subject of things that are 99.9% likely not to happen...).

So while I can't discourage skepticism I can say this wasn't a fan photoshopping job - I wish I had those skills. And while I would love to be an amazing internet troll, my username is on BigSoccer and trolling isn't my usual activity. I can red card Midas if you need proof of that. Heck, I should do that even if you don't need proof.

Ah, I assumed it was the Fresh Direct site. It is, in fact, the marked area below, which measures 10.9 acres by my crude outline.

Possibly even smaller. In the rendering, it looks like that corner building at Manhattan and Ash is still remaining. Can't really tell of other current buildings.

MetroNorth to GCT then 7 just one stop to Vernon Blvd/Jackson Avenue. Pretty easy.

Can’t see that happening, unless the jets or giants randomly decide to partner and move out of MetLife. 20-25 makes more sense

Probably 5-8 minutes from Vernon-Jackson, and 10-15 from Greenpoint Ave.

EDIT: And again, acting under the assumption that the BQX becomes a reality (of which I am somewhat skeptical...) it would run literally right next to the stadium.
