Mark Brendanawicz would tell us to start demolishing and building and then later ask for forgiveness.

Based on the Iron Triangle development I think we build a 28-30K stadium. Maybe even a City Square too.
And I just want an express 7 train to run on game days. Please.
26k is our wheelhouse right? With potential to expand?
Recent info from NYCFC front office folks suggest it'll be closer to 30k with the ability to expand if need be.
That’s ambitious. But, they must have some metrics to support it.

And I’ll remember the dairy free cheese next time around for those kosher cheeseburgers. Still kicking myself over that one.
Cant wait to see some renderings of this park. I'm assuming it includes curling ice, an organic tomatoes field, and an empanada stand every 1/4 mile?
Damn, I was hoping for empanadas every 1/8 mile!Cant wait to see some renderings of this park. I'm assuming it includes curling ice, an organic tomatoes field, and an empanada stand every 1/4 mile?

Question for everyone in general. The last big news was Newtown Creek which turned out to be a big dud. Do you feel more confident about Iron Triangle/Willets East or do you view this as just another pipe dream?
