correct me if im wrong, but is this not the area that needs much more permits and time as there needs to be a bunch of clean up etc and other environmental checks before they even start digging in there.
Based on the timeline mentioned and the seat capacity and that Related is involved, sounds more like NYCFC at the moment.

I find it highly unlikely that David Villa will be able to build a stadium for the USL over us, so, if this stadium is for Queensboro, then we either have our own site planned and approved or they have no real intent to build one and we are being Krafted. Either way, how this proposal plays out is very relevant to us either directly or indirectly.
See that makes the most sense. I’d have zero problem sharing a stadium with a USL side whatsoever. In fact, it makes the most sense for both parties.
Especially if it's our affiliate!
