The Chaaaaaampions! Uefa Champions League 15/16

Bayern Munich vs Arsenal FOX Sports 1

Barcelona vs FC Bate Borisov FOX Sports 2

Kicking off in about 15 minutes.

For those who may be interested I found Roma vs Leverkusen on FOX Desportes. I have no idea where to find the Chelsea vs Dynamo Kiev. They said all the other matches not on FS1 or FS2 would be streamed, but they're not on my Fox Sports GO system at all.

.......and Arsenal sure has an interesting color combo for their alternate jersey.......

At the half it's Bayern up 3-0 (Lewandowski 10', Mueller 29', Alaba 44'). God knows what the score would be if Cech wasn't standing on his head.

Barca leads 1-0 on a 30' PK by Neymar. Chelsea up 1-0 and Roma up 2-0.

Despite the horrible start for Benfica domestically, I am super happy with first place in group C with two points ahead of Atleti.

Solid win at home against Galatasaray 2-1 after suffering a defeat in Istanbul by the same score line. The win in Madrid against Atletico set the tone. Now they have Astana away and Atleti back in Lisbon. Força Benfica.

I know I'm several days late to the party here - that's on me; I've been busy with work and other restrictions on my free team.

I'd just like to remind everyone in the thread, however, of our rules on the posting of links to streams - that is: don't do it. That's the kind of thing that can and does get forums shut down for encouraging copyright violation. I'm sure you can all find ways of working this stuff out that don't involve posting them here.

It's back and once again I have to cram in viewing when I can and avoid all sports media until I catch up. Next match days I am on vacation! And yes - I planned it that way!

Looks like we're going to get:

Bate vs Leverkusen on FOX Sports 1 @ noon.

Zenit vs Valencia on FOX Sports 2 @ noon.

Arsenal vs Dinamo Zagreb on FOX Sports 1 @ 2:45.

Barcelona vs Roma on FOX Sports 2 @ 2:45.

Bayern Munich vs Olimpiacos on FOX Desportes @ 2:45.

Looking forward to the Barca/Roma match. Roma needs to win. Maybe Barca has a let down after the Classico.

Juventus and MCFC is a good one tomorrow.

I get that Man United is a very popular club, but how are they on FS1 tomorrow versus a nobody team while Man City vs. Juventus is on FS2. My FS2 feed is like 90s tv.

Without any facts to back me up I'm going to say that United has been very popular for many years so a lot of people will watch them no matter who they're playing. And while City is becoming popular now, for a long time they were a mid-table club that I'm guessing didn't get large numbers when they were televised.

Anyone know a site that publishes soccer TV ratings and viewership? I'd love to research this a bit to get actual numbers, both current and historical.

I'm probably going to watch the United match as there's still some drama left in that particular Group. City is already through and Juve pretty much has their ticket punched too.

HEADS UP: On the pre-game show they mentioned there's going to be a special tifo at Old Trafford for George Best before kickoff (He passed away 10 years ago today.).

Interesting that City seems to be going with a lot of their starters today. I would have thought they'd sit guys with entry to the next guys guaranteed.

And FWIW, they're not showing YaYa any love on the pre-game show. This is the 2nd City match in a row I've seen Toure getting slammed. I reckon just a little food for thought for those who think there's a chance he ends up at Yankee Stadium sooner or later.

Looking like another disaster of a season for the English teams in CL. Arsenal in serious danger of not progressing. United and Chelsea are far from safe as well. Only City is going through however they will likely now be getting a much more difficult draw if they finish second. And with their luck it will be Barca or Bayern.

All that money and hardly anything to show for it so far.
