At this point I either want LAFC to win simply because they’ve been the best, or Zlatan for the spectacle of his self-proclaimed coronation as god after winning.
Stings bad two stupid mistakes two goals and lose. Offensively team sucked that bye hurt us bad. Man deep down I feel like this was our peak for a while and all we got was a CCL spot.
Oh and People are legit pissed. FO/ team admin peeps were walking in front of me and were given massive shit. Terrible, things will get worse now, no stadium, team chokes, increase prices. AND you gonna split season with citifield? People gonna not follow this team for much longer if at all.

Poor defensive performance, little midfield to speak of, toothless in attack, too many passes going astray, not attacking first balls and being hesitant to second balls....

Need to cut Medina and sign a big time game breaking DP . We have more strength in depth without Villa but no one who can take the game by the scruff of the neck and put the team on his back when it matters most.
What I don’t get is that NYCFC sleepwalked through the first half, then gifted the goal to Toronto and for the next ten minutes put like eight shots on goal...and then laid back after they tied the game. In the last ten minutes Toronto was attacking more than NYCFC.

From Isi's goal until the moment Mata shot us in the neck I was thinking Domé made the perfect move by going all-out attack as soon as he did.
We were hammering them, we equalized, and we were carrying momentum into a probable extra time which would see us with two subs to throw at TOR legs carrying 210 minutes.
All we had to do was not concede. Our aggressiveness, combined with Vanney choosing to go too defensive too soon, neutralized Bradley's attacking distribution threat.
Then Mata lost his mind, so I dunno.
We were hammering them, we equalized, and we were carrying momentum into a probable extra time which would see us with two subs to throw at TOR legs carrying 210 minutes.

yeah, one sub used in this game and our DP nowhere to be seen is pretty poor.

We’d have gotten an extra sub in extra time, so that’d be three which is a waste to wait for. Dome killed our legs with one sub. Plus, who else did he have to bring in besides the Scotsman.... Rocha???
