Zardes redeemed himself after he hit that pt blank strike right at the keep. Bradley looks great, two good strikes, one post, excellent distribution play. Shea should've done better w his chance. Brooks played Huntelaar poorly twice. Depay is quality; that cross was pure class. Holland should have at least 2, US same, so tie seemed about right after 45
Brooks is terrible this match - total liability. And now whole team unraveling. Defense looks overmatched. This could get really ugly.

Beckerman was on fire defensively.
mix in a wing position - hes much better suited there than in a defensive mid role.
That team goal in the 70th minute or whatever was beautiful. Our attacking in general has been surprisingly good.

Amazing! First time the USMNT has *ever* beat the Netherlands, if I have my Internet Facts right.
And sure, the Dutch defense was leaky, for them, but the US's attacking was possibly the best it's ever been.

lots of heart by the US - sure its a friendly, but man, 4 goals, two right at the end, coming back from 3-1 against an elite team...awesome!
